Priyali Sen, P.E., BCEE
Celadon Technologies' founder and principal engineer, Ms. Sen, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Ms. Sen has 25+ years of professional experience in designing and managing a wide spectrum of water, wastewater, and utility projects ranging from small institutional projects to large multi-million dollar municipal projects. Her clients have included WSSC, Charles County, Carroll County, Howard County, City of Baltimore, Town of Elkton, City of Frederick, St. Mary's County METCOM, Maryland SHA, and Maryland Environmental Services (MES).
Ms. Sen received a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the BITS, Pilani, India (1993) and a Master of Civil Engineering in Environmental Engineering (1997) from the University of Delaware. She is registered with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists (AAEES) and serves on the NCEES Civil PE Examination committee.
